spolTools

spolTools is a collection of online browser programs designed to manipulate and analyse spoligotype data of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex. It consists of the following:

(1) an online repository of spoligotype isolates collected from various published data sets (currently 1179 spoligotypes, 6278 isolates and 30 data sets).

(2) online tools for manipulating and analysing these data
